Although I’m not an astrologer I know that Mercury is “in retrograde” again so I began to wonder what was happening energetically to many of us right now. I know that I have been feeling some personal shifts of change and transformation and I bet many of you have too. For some of you these shifts are pretty intense. For those of us born during Mercury’s retrograde we are affected differently. For example, for me, I have an incredible surge of creative energy and don’t seem to have enough time to “get all that’s inside out”! Whew!

2011, a universal year of the vibration of “4” energy, has brought forth opportunities to create foundations and structure. It also holds the compassionate and nurturing energy of “2” as well as the illuminator energy of “11”. 2011 presents many opportunities to prepare for great change and transformation in 2012 and invitations to “let go” of the past and “embrace” new things. Our experience is one of choice; do I embrace or resist?

The current mercury retrograde continues to provide opportunities to review and revise areas of our life. Since energies will continue to shift and change during this period it is probably a good idea to wait to make important decisions, if possible, until all information is sorted out when the retrograde ends.

Mercury also rules how we think. Remember to focus more from your heart. This time is perfect to continue centering practices with meditation, prayer and body movement for your thought forms are powerful creators. Be mindful of what you are creating in your life at this time. Are you choosing chaos or peace; love or fear? Imagine yourself in the calm eye of the storm as the energies swirl around you. As you are calm and centered others around you will be as well.
Through the change and transformation, allow your beautiful inner Light and Love to radiate. BE the beacon for others, bringing more Light into their lives just by your presence. You don’t have to Do anything just BE.

“Yes, yes, we feel the swirling energies of change and transformation accelerating now. The planets align to support these shifts. Many who are sensitive will feel the shifts deeply within their physical bodies, emotions and thoughts. Now is a time with these energies shifting so quickly that it is more than ever essential to remain grounded; for it will be easy for some to swirl like whirlwinds and feel out of control. The truth is that it is all part of the divine plan.

Precious Mother Earth is accelerating and shifting her rotation; this in turn raises the frequency or vibration in her energetic field. The human body is like a microcosm of the macrocosm. In other words, the human form is a universe that is part of the larger universe(s). So life as we currently experience it is also shifting, changing and raising its frequencies regardless of its form.

Remain positive. Your thought forms are powerful sources of energy. It is essential to create that which is positive now. When the energies of fear, worry, doubt, and lethargy are felt; embrace them and offer great gratitude for it is in the conscious choice you make to release them that the shift will take place as you accept where you are and what you are experiencing in each moment. This is when consciousness grows and expands.

Ask for help to release all that no longer serves you and then allow yourself to bring in new positive thoughts/energies of love, peace, acceptance, joy, courage and action to replace the old energies. Remember that you are powerful creators. Thoughts attract. Be mindful of your words that are spoken for like the arrow they can sting when received. Create words of truth and that provide constructive help to others. Honor yourself and others with what is spoken always from a heart filled with love and compassion for it is love that transforms.

Embrace and accept the beauty of change and transformation. See it for the gift that it is. And so it is.”

A concept I began to call Integrative Vibrational Healing™ started to form. I wondered what this meant; I am a subtle energy practitioner who uses a variety of vibrational healing tools/therapies. I was reminded that the universe is comprised of a musical and mathematical score; our very life force is an energetic field as is all life. All life forms can be thought of as energetic forms or vibrations. Vibration is an act of things moving, jiggling or oscillating in simple terms. Vibrational healing therapies that use subtle energies can include: Light (laser), sound, subtle energy, intuition, heart based connection, color, breath, crystals, flower essences, herbs, numerology, astrology, nature, guided visualization, affirmations, and intentions are all available to name a few. Tailoring or customizing these therapies for oneself or clients is what I call Integrative Vibrational Healing™. This approach complements traditional or other non-traditional forms of healing. It all began to make sense.

We have seen and some of you have experienced vibrational healing therapies and technologies that are available in many traditional and non-traditional healing practices. Classes and programs are available if you want to learn many of the healing techniques or therapies mentioned above. These therapies are not new; many have been around for thousands of years and called by many names. New applications are being discovered all of the time. Whether you are aware of it or not most of you experience daily the effects of color and sound. You can test this as you think about the music that pleases you and the colors that soothe you or make you feel good whether they are found in the clothes you wear or found in your home decor. You are receiving the benefits of color and sound therapy.

Please take a moment and think about the elements of earth, wind, fire and water. Let’s consider the elements for a moment; I like to think of them as energetic and vibrational sources that can be called upon to assist us in our healing process. For those of you who love nature or have experienced any Shamanic traditions you will most likely relate to the powerful healing ability that these elements offer us. Spirit guides in the form of animals, insects, etc., found everyday in nature can bring us guidance or insight. Taking a walk in nature, sitting on a rock, hearing the symphony of the birds, or “hugging a tree” offer their own forms of healing and calming.

I began to reflect upon how I integrate these tools for each client I serve.
Being aware of the variety of vibrational tools that are available to you is what Integrative Vibrational Healing™ is about. These tools are available for anyone to use. They can be used by individuals to assist and complement the healing process and can be incorporated into a practitioner’s tool kit as well.

I have found great resources written about vibrational medicine and vibrational healing methods. I have studied and practice a variety of subtle energy healing therapies. You may be familiar with Dr. Masuro Emoto’s beautiful work using water crystals that show us how the vibrations of thought, words, music, prayer, meditation and intention can shift and change the molecular structure of water from something quite distorted to beauty that touches your soul. A picture is worth a thousand words. Our bodies are made up of a high % of water and think about how vibrations affect your body; positive and negative. I believe that we are all healers within. Our amazing bodies, minds and spirits have the ability to assist or challenge the healing process. Every cell and fiber of our being has a consciousness of its own. When was the last time you had an injury, even a cut or scrape, and saw your body regenerate and heal itself? When was the last time you thanked your body for self healing or assisting the healing process? Are you working in collaboration with your body, mind and spirit to create a healthy body with all of the tools you have? Yes, it is I, the Magdalene, speaking to you now, Dear and Precious Children of the Universe. I hold each and every one of you in my heart and I send you LOVE beyond measure. I speak through the channel known as Victoria for we have agreed that this is so.

There is much to share with you at this time on planet earth, is there not? Many messages are coming forth for it is a great time of spiritual awakening and growth of consciousness.

LOVE is the journey, Dear Ones. It always has been and it always will be. This fundamental premise has been forgotten for eons of time and now is coming into conscious awareness on a greater scale. When one returns to the core of who he or she is truly—an essence that is LOVE—miracles occur, do they not? LOVE is the state of BEING that must prevail.

Now let me ask you this: “Why is LOVE not present for many?” We speak here not of romantic love but of unconditional love—LOVE beyond all measure.

LOVE as a state of BEING is different from being in love although both can co-exist. When you are LOVE it is unconditional and eternal. You have acceptance, peace, joy, bliss, harmony, a remembrance of yourself and who you are, and why you chose to incarnate in this lifetime. You recognize and remember that you are ONE with All-That-Was, Is and Ever-Will-Be. You remember that you are part of SOURCE, created in love. You remember yourself as LOVE and as love incarnate. Your connection goes far beyond your physical body. You are part of limitless time and space. You are part of limitless dimensions and experiences, past, present and future. You are also here NOW, a spiritual being having a human experience, contributing to the growth of ALL consciousness and expanding awareness. You have chosen this time and place to BE, and your experiences are yours to create for all of you are powerful creators with limitless resources available to you.

Now here is the irony of BEING LOVE. LOVE is who you are NOW, always have been and always will be. There are no exceptions. So, why do we have chaos, fear and suffering, feelings of unworthiness, illness and lack today on earth? For many years some individuals have chosen to use power, greed and selfish action as ways to be. What choices have you made?

Most people have forgotten that they are MORE than who they think they are! It is as if a cloud or a veil has hidden the true self, the spiritual self. NOW is a great time of spiritual awakening. The clouds and veils are clearing. Humanity and Precious Mother Earth have reached a crossroads.

What path will you choose now?

The path of LOVE, peace, joy, abundance, prosperity and harmony for all, or will you choose to stay on the present path of perpetuating broken systems, suffering, greed, power, hopelessness and lack for too many people?

Change is possible—one choice at a time, one individual at a time. You are like the ripples in a pond when a pebble is dropped. Know that your choice is like the pebble and its effects are far-reaching.

This may sound strange to you but remember, Dear and Precious Children of the Universe, you are eternal spiritual beings choosing to have human experiences in this time and place. Yes, this is true. Many of you are ancient and wise souls who have chosen to be here at this time for precisely this reason: to bring about and effect change.

You have been given free will, choice, by Creator/Mother-Father-God/Source/All-That-Is-ONE. How beautiful this is, for Creator will never force you to make choices against your own will. Growth occurs through the choices we make, does it not? A great awakening has started on earth. Systems and choices are being questioned. Individual accountability is being brought into the LIGHT. Opportunities to change, shift and grow are here now.

How does one return to the state of BEING, the state of BEING that you were originally? How do you become LOVE every minute?

It begins one choice at a time—a choice that is consciously made. It is time to reclaim the power of your true self and allow, accept and own the glory and magnificence of the creator you are, one who co-creates with All and serves the highest and greatest good for life, humanity, this earth and all universes. It is time to release anything that no longer serves you, and it is time to embrace the TRUTH that change begins within, peace begins within and LOVE begins within. No one or any other thing can do it for you. It is you who must take the first step and the first action.

You are not alone, for all you have to do is ask for help, clarity, strength, forgiveness, releasing, understanding, and LOVE BEYOND MEASURE from Creator/Mother-Father-God/Source/All-That-Is-ONE in each moment.

Ask for the divine beings of LIGHT to guide and assist you. They will not impose but only wait for your call. Nothing is too great or too small. ASK for help, assistance and guidance, Dear Ones. We are here waiting for your call. Angels, ascended masters, medicine men and women of the Light, spirit guides from the animal kingdom, gods/goddesses, elementals, fairies and ancestors, to name a few, all await your call.

Do not feel overwhelmed by so many to call upon. Over time they will make themselves known to you, if you are open to receive them. For now, call upon the ONE you hold most high, the ONE you may or may not name, for this is not about religion; rather, it is about growing and expanding self and consciousness for ALL. This is your journey in this time and space—the journey of LOVE. Allow, accept and own it for it is yours to choose.

It is with great love, joy and peace that I offer these words to you. It is I, the Magdalene, who has spoken. So it is done.

“Child, you have always had this gift for it is the very foundation of creation. It is time to bring it forth into conscious awareness and for it to remain there. Each and every life form has it at its core. It resides within each family of creation as well for each family represents different forms of life. It also is the foundation of this universe and the infinite number of universes. Dear and Precious Child, the gift is LOVE. LOVE is the most powerful gift I have given to all life. It is what transforms, for if one is consciously aware of LOVE, then there is no room for fear, hate, doubt, feeling of unworthiness, judgment or lack of trust, is there? All life forms were and are perfectly created and LOVE is what has created the perfection. How does one want to destroy that which is perfect and in harmony? With LOVE it is impossible. It is the human mind that has forgotten this gift. It is the human mind that has the ability to remember the gift of LOVE and, in the remembering, transformation will happen of a magnitude beyond anything that you have seen yet. It is the human mind that can choose LOVE or FEAR for I have given each form of life FREE WILL CHOICE.

LOVE, Dear and Precious Child of Mine, is the answer that will bring forth PEACE, JOY, HARMONY among all. LOVE is what will remove the boundaries and limitations of what is possible; for all is possible with LOVE. It is so simple, is it not, to choose LOVE over FEAR? Yet, the human mind can make things more complicated than is needed. Remember who you are and why you are here, Dear One. It is to remember that LOVE is all there is and to bring forth LOVE into your everyday conscious thoughts, words and actions. Look through the lens of LOVE and feel the change within you. See the change with others around you as you change, for it is only you that can change you, is it not? The choice is yours, Child, as it is for every life form. Choose, Dear One, for you are LOVED BEYOND MEASURE in each and every moment.”

As I walked and received, my heart opened more and more and tears rolled down my face. I felt the truth of this message and realized I have known this all along but once again I was reminded by Creator. This gift is invaluable. It is one that I cherish in each moment for it is there for each one of us and it requires no purchase. It is FREE for it is the core of who we are. It is there for each one of us to choose or not. LOVE is the answer. When we think, see, and do with LOVE as our core foundation, choices are different. Ask the question each time you are faced with a decision, “Is this choice I’m making based upon LOVE? Does it make my heart sing? Do I feel true joy with this choice?” If it isn’t, then what is your choice when LOVE is the foundation from which you create? Will your choice change?

During the first part of the workshop the participant was to Meet the Author Within. Through guided visualization and meditation the participants experienced a releasing of stress, negative thoughts, blocks to writing, resistance to why they were not “good” writers and preconceptions of what it means to be an author. They journeyed until they made the inner connections. Minds and thoughts quieted and inner wisdom emerged. Amazing, isn’t it?

For those of you who practice meditation or have experience with guided visualization this is not surprising. The truth is we have all of the information that we need to know within us once we “let go” of our need to control outcomes, release our fears of failing or succeeding and try to “think too much” wanting to produce “the perfect result”. This has been shared for many years by those who meditate, follow more non-traditional paths of learning, study metaphysics and/or have reconnected to the Source of All That Is, the Source that is called by many names: God, Creator, Allah, Yaweh, Spirit, Universal Life Force and on and on.

During the writing exercise that followed, called Writing Out of the Box, the participants were amazed at what emerged. Profound wisdom and love from each writer were shared in the forms of both narrative and poetry. Comments like, “Wow, I can’t believe I wrote this,” “This touches my soul and heart; I feel it there,” “I’ve never written poetry before; this is amazing,” and “This flowed so easily, I can’t believe I wrote it; I’ve been blocked from writing anything for a while” filled the day.

We laughed, some had tears, and much joy and happiness was shared by every participant. Each one of us experienced a shift in our awareness and consciousness. Physically we felt shifts in our hearts through the entire experience that concluded with healing at many levels. This was best expressed by one of the participants when she said, “Through this workshop I opened my heart and experienced healing through the creative process of writing. I never imagined myself as a writer. I thought only other people can write, not me. I found that through the writing I connect with Spirit and Spirit’s wisdom and love shows through my poems. I am thankful for Victoria’s workshop and what it has revealed to me.”

One of the other participants said at the end of the day, “This experience and process can apply to any environment. It is not just beneficial for writers but all forms of wisdom can be accessed using this process.”

I am always reminded that God works in our lives each and every moment in amazing ways. The depth and level of healing that can take place when we allow it is incredible. The inner wisdom and love that flows when we allow it to emerge is humbling and uplifting. In this workshop participants experienced and expressed insight, wisdom and love through creative writing. Imagine attending a workshop thinking it is all about writing and being an author and then leaving the workshop with far more profound results!
