“Let us speak for a few moments from the heart Dear and precious children. It is now the time of the heart and this you have known in conscious mind for some time. It is now time, however, to use the heart as the lens through which all is created. Now, by the heart I mean to say it is LOVE that is the lens of the new paradigm. It is LOVE that will save all in this time and place for no longer is it possible to let fear, power, greed and self aggrandizement rule. It is time to shift and change; this is a time of transformation.
Surrender to these shifts children with ease and grace for we are assisting you every step of the way. Surrender to the power of God, the god within and the God of All. You are ONE with Source and the spark that is Source within you glows brighter and brighter in each and every moment. Allow your spark to shine and glow for many. Allow your light to shine and lead others home; home to the heart; home to love; home to God and Source.
See all through the eyes of the Divine fully accepting each one exactly where they are on their journey. This is the best service for all. Invite them to journey home with you; home to the heart and Source of all power – LOVE.
Remain in your heart space in each moment. Feel the warmth that radiates outward and touches the seen and unseen. This is your power children.”

Love and Healing
As we hear all about what is wrong in the world it is easy to become overwhelmed; wondering how one person can make a difference or fix what seems to be broken. I have come to know that, for me, it begins with one thought, one choice, one action, and in one moment in time. It does mean making choices on what to believe and accept; creating what serves my highest good. Beloved Mary Magdalene’s message about Love and Healing has universal application. “It is with great JOY and LOVE that I speak with you now. It is LOVE that pours from my heart to yours, so to speak. LOVE is all there is Dear and precious child of the Universe. LOVE transforms, creates and heals does it not? LOVE is what I wish to speak about right now.
We have been speaking with you these past few days about LOVE and healing, have we not? We wish for you to totally grasp and understand with your human mind what we mean. For now let us focus on healing the heart, spirit and emotions rather than the physical body.
Follow your heart and feel JOY in each moment. Let this be your guiding light?LOVE for yourself and others. Love is the Journey…Peace is the Destination
I have always known that LOVE is the center of everything. In recent years it has become clearer to me as my own spiritual journey has grown and evolved that LOVE is the greatest transformer of all and that LOVE is who we are; LOVE is Mother-Father God/Creator/Spirit/Source/All That is ONE. LOVE IS! When LOVE is our lens through which life choices and decisions are made chaos and violence subside bringing with it feelings of peace.
On a conscious level I know that PEACE is more desirable than chaos, war or violence. I believe that most people will agree with this. In fact, throughout my life I have been drawn to writings about peace, peace advocates and events. I didn’t know what my role in all of this was. I have often asked myself, “How can I, one person, bring peace to this world?” A few years ago I read a book by Thich Nhat Hanh, Living Buddha, Living Christ, and was deeply touched. In it he said, “Peace begins within”.
This simple statement resonated deeply within me striking a chord of long forgotten memories. It also reminded me that PEACE IS THE DESTINATION for all of us. Until we feel peace within ourselves, accept ourselves fully with love and compassion peace remains elusive, like the butterfly. This is a journey for many of us and one that brings many blessings and a journey for which I am grateful.
There is a tendency to look for peace outside of ourselves; make someone else responsible for peace. The true transformation begins when we are PEACE; we are centered with clear mind and intention for the highest good of all. In order to create a world where all co-exist harmoniously centered in LOVE, PEACE, JOY, ABUNDANCE AND PROSPERITY each one of us first must look within ourselves and find peace. Remember, LOVE is the journey…Peace is the destination.

Choose Love & Heart-Based Experiences by Releasing Stress Through Breath Work
Love is in the air as the saying goes. Love is not only for lovers and loved ones; Love can be expressed in each and every moment of our lives if we choose. Think about it. What if we allowed accepted and owned the fact that our very core essence is LOVE? We are LOVE. How would this change your beliefs, thoughts, words and actions?
This is the year for heart-based experiences; experiences that are designed to open clear and heal the many hurts that have been held in the heart for eons of time. It is time to release these energies for they no longer serve us. It is time for us to remember who we are and why we chose to come to this time and place; spiritual beings having human experiences growing consciousness for all. It is a time for creating and manifesting all that is positive in your life, staying uplifted!
Remember that it only takes a few moments to find a quiet place and breathe in and out gently to begin quieting your thoughts. Breath work daily practice can assist you with releasing stress, tension and negativity. Once you bring these into conscious awareness then ask Creator or your guides to release and cut away all cords of attachment for they no longer serve you. Then ask to replace what has left with pure Light and Love. Feel the difference. Now express your gratitude. Breathe in and out gently and when you are ready open your eyes. Breath work
Love is a state of being that we can consciously choose in each moment. Remaining uplifted is also a conscious choice regardless of what others are saying and believing. It is your choice to experience the kind of life that you want and co-create it with Creator.

Reclaim Your Power Through Conscious Choice
What does it mean to Reclaim Your Power? When was the last time that you chose to do something just because it pleased you to do it for yourself? I’m talking about doing things that harm no one or thing so let’s be clear about that. Did you wonder what others would think about you when you did it? Did it bring you a sense of joy and peace when it was done? How did you feel? Was it a good feeling, one of self empowerment or self mastery? Was this CHOICE CONSCIOUSLY made?
Conscious choice is what is missing in our lives. It is time to reclaim our power and remember that we create our life through our thoughts and choices. When was the last time you ended your day and couldn’t remember what you did? Being aware of what you are choosing in each moment is part of reclaiming your power.
What lens do you use when you make your choices? Do you give the choice much thought or is it done on auto pilot? If you use auto pilot let me propose a different lens to use. I have used the lens of LOVE, GRATITUDE and SERVICE for a few years now and once I began this consciously my life began to shift. I consciously chose to pursue my spiritual path rediscovering who I am and why I am here. What a beautiful journey it has been for me as I chose to reclaim my power with the help of God/Creator/Spirit/ Source, whatever name you use for the ONE.
I am reading Soul Communication Opening Your Spiritual Channels for Success and Fulfillment by Dr. Zhi Gang Sha right now and was delighted to see the lens that he uses is UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, FORGIVENESS and SERVICE. He also uses GRATITUDE consciously to thank Creator for the many blessings in his life each moment. I have also come to know that unless one forgives oneself and others growth in consciousness, feelings of joy, peace, harmony, abundance, prosperity and health can often be blocked. So I have now consciously added FORGIVENESS as part of the lens I use to make my choices. How hard is it to shift and create a new lens for decision making? It is simple yet our humanness can make it complicated. I choose simplicity now. How about you?

Meditation Brings Creator’s Gift… Part 2
As I walked and my mind quieted once again, as in meditation, I asked, “Creator, what gift do you wish for me to have right now?” Creator responded:
“Child, you have always had this gift for it is the very foundation of creation. It is time to bring it forth into conscious awareness and for it to remain there. Each and every life form has it at its core. It resides within each family of creation as well for each family represents different forms of life. It also is the foundation of this universe and the infinite number of universes. Dear and Precious Child, the gift is LOVE. LOVE is the most powerful gift I have given to all life. It is what transforms, for if one is consciously aware of LOVE, then there is no room for fear, hate, doubt, feeling of unworthiness, judgment or lack of trust, is there? All life forms were and are perfectly created and LOVE is what has created the perfection. How does one want to destroy that which is perfect and in harmony? With LOVE it is impossible. It is the human mind that has forgotten this gift. It is the human mind that has the ability to remember the gift of LOVE and, in the remembering, transformation will happen of a magnitude beyond anything that you have seen yet. It is the human mind that can choose LOVE or FEAR for I have given each form of life FREE WILL CHOICE.
LOVE, Dear and Precious Child of Mine, is the answer that will bring forth PEACE, JOY, HARMONY among all. LOVE is what will remove the boundaries and limitations of what is possible; for all is possible with LOVE. It is so simple, is it not, to choose LOVE over FEAR? Yet, the human mind can make things more complicated than is needed. Remember who you are and why you are here, Dear One. It is to remember that LOVE is all there is and to bring forth LOVE into your everyday conscious thoughts, words and actions. Look through the lens of LOVE and feel the change within you. See the change with others around you as you change, for it is only you that can change you, is it not? The choice is yours, Child, as it is for every life form. Choose, Dear One, for you are LOVED BEYOND MEASURE in each and every moment.”
As I walked and received, my heart opened more and more and tears rolled down my face. I felt the truth of this message and realized I have known this all along but once again I was reminded by Creator. This gift is invaluable. It is one that I cherish in each moment for it is there for each one of us and it requires no purchase. It is FREE for it is the core of who we are. It is there for each one of us to choose or not. LOVE is the answer. When we think, see, and do with LOVE as our core foundation, choices are different. Ask the question each time you are faced with a decision, “Is this choice I’m making based upon LOVE? Does it make my heart sing? Do I feel true joy with this choice?” If it isn’t, then what is your choice when LOVE is the foundation from which you create? Will your choice change?

Meditation Brings Creator’s Gift
Meditation is a wonderful practice for quieting the mind and going within oneself to the place of stillness or silence. This is a place where clarity and answers can be found. It is a place where one reconnects with his or her true and authentic self, the Divine within. Some refer to this place as the soul, true essence, higher consciousness and true self. Other names are used as well. Where is it found? It is best described as found within the heart space and connected to one’s third eye, or sixth chakra, and the crown, or seventh chakra, and beyond the physical body. In truth, the connection comes from the Universal Life Force God/Creator/Spirit/Source, or whatever name you give It. The names are many. It still remains a mystery.
As I finished meditating, in stillness, the other morning I was told that Creator had a gift for me. I was pleasantly surprised and my curiosity was immediately engaged. It was suggested that when I walked my dog after the meditation that I ask Creator, “What gift do you have for me?”
So my journey began. I felt that before I asked for the gift I would take a moment and reflect on my surroundings and acknowledge my gratitude for life in that moment. As I stepped outdoors I thanked Mother Earth, Father Sky, Grandfather Sun and Grandmother Moon for all that they do to sustain and support life on this planet. I thanked Creator for life, health, abundance, prosperity, love, forgiveness, compassion, harmony, choice, awareness, remembering, for my family and friends and for my loving and loyal companion, my dog, Tassy.
I breathed in the breath of life of God/Creator as I walked and offered gratitude for the path supporting me, the symphony of the birds singing, the hummingbirds occasionally stopping in a tree to affirm us in joy, nature family surrounding us with beauty and perfection. The trees and plants coming out of dormancy and having first blushes of color were beautiful. How can one not believe in something bigger than us when such perfection and beauty abound? I was humbled and in awe, once again, of this beauty and perfection and grateful to be present in that moment of JOY! To be continued…

Breathe. 2009 is a year of new beginnings; one of change and transformation, one of illumination. What part will you choose to play in the changes? What do you choose to create for yourself, your family, your friends, your community, your country, the earth and the universe?
How far are you willing to reach? Are you willing to remain isolated or reach out in cooperation and collaboration? Are you willing to create with JOY and LOVE in your hearts or does FEAR dominate? How Powerful Are You?
POWER and POWERFUL, these are words for you to contemplate and incorporate in your daily meditation. Let’s see how Webster’s dictionary describes POWER. It is an “ability to act or produce an effect; possession of control, authority, or influence over others”. POWERFUL is defined as “having great power, prestige, or influence”. For our discussion let’s think of POWER as having an “ability to act or produce an effect”.
When you see or hear these words what FEELINGS do you experience. Are they easy words for you to use when you talk about yourself? Look at them again and notice what is going on with your body. Feel the emotions that emerge. What are you thinking right now? Do you feel that you have the ability to act or produce an effect? It doesn’t really matter right now what that effect is, rather focus on whether you feel that you can do it. Can you? If you answer yes to this question then please begin to think of yourself as having POWER and being a POWERFUL being for if it is nothing more than creating changes in what you believe, think, say or do, you are acting to produce an effect, are you not? You are changing you, this is the effect!
The truth is that for great change to occur outwardly in the environment first change must occur in your inner being-what you think, feel, say, believe or do. This is where ALLOWING, ACCEPTING AND OWNING the POWER you are begins. It is your choice to make. How badly do you wish for great leaders in our country to be elected? How badly do you want the systems and structures to change? How much are you willing to change for this to happen? Are you ready to accept responsibility for what you are creating? Are you ready to receive the blessings that can flow your way without limitations? Are you ready to accept that there is a higher POWER or CONSCIOUSNESS that supports you? Are you ready to BE the POWERFUL SPIRITUAL BEING THAT YOU ARE RIGHT NOW? If your answer is yes then know that it is time to RECLAIM YOUR POWER-reclaim the truth and wisdom that is available to you in each moment.
Know that you are POWERFUL spiritual beings having wonderful human experiences and it is time to wake up. It is time to return to the truth of who you are. It is time to embrace and love yourself, forgive yourself and be compassionate with yourself for then you can BE this for others. This is when true self healing, spiritual healing, change and transformation can take place. It doesn’t matter whether you are a rock star, politician, stay at home mom or dad, student, shut in, homeless or wealthy person, or just a kid having fun. We are all part of the whole connected by something greater. It is time to remember who we are. Start with you then reach out to others. As you change, others around you will benefit. Focus on what brings your heart JOY and listen to your heart as you make your choices. Acknowledge and accept the POWER that YOU are. This is a choice you can make!
