Change Your Beliefs…Change Your Life!

Gisela Arenas, my teaching partner, and I have been offering a series of classes recently entitled Change Your Beliefs…Change Your Life – Aligning with Abundance, Prosperity, Wealth and Success. There has been much written and presented about the Law of Attraction in recent months. Our approach has been somewhat different. We have created tools and experiences that assist people in understanding that often times there is conflict in what we want to create in our lives. Often our beliefs don’t support the life we want to live. For example, when we ask a participant to test for a yes or no response to, “I believe I deserve abundance, prosperity, wealth and success in my life” the response is often NO! We find that this is counter to what their conscious mind believes.

So, what is the point, you ask? The point is that often times what we think we believe and what we truly believe in our bodies, minds or cellular consciousness are not in alignment. Ooops. Through an approach of aligning beliefs and use of releasing tools we have found that people are able to release blocks and resistance to what they want to create. It is important to accept and allow yourself to be right where you are without judging or beating yourself up. Feel gratitude for the awareness. Because your thoughts are powerful energy forms, when they change in the form of beliefs it is possible to change your life! How cool is that?

There is Only NOW

The only time we have is NOW, isn’t it? I KNOW this and I FEEL it even more deeply in this moment. I am consciously aware of this truth as I have been called upon to support dear family friends who have lost a teenage son unexpectedly. Not only has this loss affected this family, others have been affected as well, including friends of the family, their sons’ friends, friends of siblings, etc. One of those affected has been my own son. I’ve seen shock and disbelief of the unexpected settle in, observed beliefs of invincibility shattered, and listened to and witnessed the grace of gratitude and love that is held for this beautiful soul by so many.

As the questions come and understanding and reasons are sought, I am reminded how precious each moment is. It is in this moment NOW that I am creator, choosing and creating my next moment?my future. I am reminded that there is no time and space and we are eternal beings even when our human forms no longer serve us. Our loved ones are not gone really; they have changed form and are now on to their next experience. This doesn’t mean that we cannot feel sadness and grieve for their human presence however; it creates an opportunity to celebrate the life, love and gratitude for this precious soul.

I am reminded that we choose our time of leaving. I am also reminded that we are not alone. Mother-Father God/Creator/Spirit/Source/All That is One, Archangels, Angels, Ascended Masters, other Beings of Light, Medicine Men and Women of the Light and Ancestors anxiously await our call for support, guidance, and assistance. We are never alone or separated. How comforting and beautiful this is.

I am reminded how important it is to keep the channels of communication open. Share thoughts and beliefs of life, death and Mother-Father God/Creator/Spirit/Source/All That is One. NOW is the time for these conversations. NOW is the time to tell others how much they are loved. NOW is the time to REMEMBER that you are a precious child of God and the Universe, always have been and always will be; one who is loved unconditionally and beyond all measure. NOW is the time to create your next moment. What will it be?

Mother Earth Continues To Shift: Choice To Release & Heal Is Yours

All is well! The universe and precious Mother Earth continue to shift. Much is shifting within each and every life-form on this planet. How gloriously beautiful it is! How are the shifts going within your universe? Each one of you is a microcosm of what is going on around you, are you not? Remember, Dear Ones, you always have CHOICE – CHOICE to leave behind old and outdated beliefs and preconceptions – CHOICE to release negative thoughts, actions, energies and anything which no longer serves your greatest good. You have the CHOICE to embrace ALL that is Light and LOVE – ALL that heals and assists with expansion of consciousness – ALL that serves God/Creator/Spirit/Source.

You have the CHOICE To Forgive, Allow, Accept and Own the BEAUTY of who you are – choosing to live your life as the full expression of your Divine self, co-creating in each and every moment that which serves the greatest good. You have the CHOICE to remain static and stay right where you are in all aspects of the life you have created. Some of the CHOICES are presented each day. They seem so simple; yet, we can make them very complex, can’t we? What CHOICES are you making in each moment? Are your CHOICES based on fear or LOVE, trusting in the Creator? What you CHOOSE NOW is what manifests in the next moment. Let go of the past and remain present for it is in the present that creation occurs in each and every moment.

During this time of shifting listen to your heart for it is within your heart that much truth is received. It is here when your mind is quiet that your true self speaks. Wisdom is within. It is time to journey within for truth and guidance letting go of the need and desire to find it externally. “Peace begins within” as stated by Thich Nhat Hanh, a beloved monk and author. Journey within, Dear Ones, for it is here that you will find peace first, love first, compassion first, hope first and once these are found such JOY and LOVE will explode from your heart, not only for others, but for yourself. Be kind to yourself first, healing yourself first and then all else will be seen clearly. “Peace begins within.” Journey within, Dear and Precious Children of God/Creator/Spirit/Source and find the truth. It is time!

This spiritual healing wisdom message was shared with me today during my meditation with the Ascended Masters and Archangels. I am grateful and feel blessed for the truths that are so freely shared.

Let Go Of Limiting Beliefs Into The Cosmic Trash Bin

As I sit and ask for guidance today I am reminded that so many of us seem to be processing and releasing lots of “stuff” right now. I’m visualizing an infinite cosmic trash bin to dump the “stuff” in right now. Spirit reminded me that this is all perfect. It is time to release the last bits of all that no longer serves us and not “attach” to the processing. Embrace it with love and gratitude for what it shows us and then let it go and allow the process to complete.

It is time for us to “let go” of relying on logic and reason and move into our hearts and trust our Divine Guidance within. It is time to remember that we are powerful spiritual beings and release the limiting beliefs that we have accepted.

It is time for us to allow, own and accept that we are creators and have never been separated from Source in every fiber and cell of our being. Own what we are creating now by our thoughts, words and actions. Own that we can create change as well. It is time to “step up to the plate” and do our part to assist humanity and precious Mother Earth. What are you creating right now?

Who Am I and Why Am I Here?

As a Spiritual Coach, Healer, Speaker and Teacher I often meet with people who sense or feel that there is “something more,” something that hasn’t been finished – something that seems to be missing in their life. This is true for individuals who seem to “have it all” as well as those who appear to “struggle” in each moment. What I have found is that these feelings often are symptomatic of a Spiritual Awakening that is going on deep within the soul. The soul cries out and yearns to emerge and share the wisdom and knowing of something far greater than is currently being expressed. It is a knowing that we are all spiritual beings having human experiences that will grow and expand consciousness. It is a knowing that is ready to expand the spark of “Light” within that aids and assists the individual journey of remembering. It is the desire to connect or reconnect with Source/God/Creator/Spirit, whatever you name the ONE.

We are beautiful children of God, children of Light and LOVE. Our soul cries out to release all feelings of separation, feelings that it has been separated from the Divine when truly this feeling of separation has been nothing but an illusion. It is an illusion that our mind has created for there never has been nor will there ever be a separation between us and the Divine for we are beautiful children of God and the Divine is within us. What if you felt in each moment the power of who you are? What if your lens for living life became a lens of unconditional love, forgiveness, gratitude and service how would your life and choices change?
