Channeled Message from Mary Magdalene

Mary Magdalene

Greetings, Beloved Children of the universes. It is I, The Magdalene, who speaks with you now. It is I who holds you in my arms and sends LOVE beyond all measure. Please accept what I freely give.

How are you feeling? We feel that many of you are conflicted. Part of you is ready to change and another part of you holds onto the safety of what you know and what is comfortable. Is this true for you? Are you feeling that there is something more and you aren’t fulfilled?

If these feelings are what you are experiencing, then you are right where you are supposed to be.

This is a time of invitation to step out and take that great leap of faith—trust what your own inner voice is whispering to you. Yes, you may not know where it will lead once you leap; however, for your life to change and become what you are waiting for it to be you must take the first step.

Trust. You are never alone. Ask for help. Release the belief, need or desire that you must have all of the answers and know the outcome right now. Allow for the unfolding and self-discovery. The journey is the destination.

Universally we are moving into an energy of deep contemplation. This is an inner journey and one that only you can explore. Seek the answers within. Breathe deeply learning to quiet your mind, whether you are in your sacred space at home or out in nature. Take this time to reflect.

  • What is calling you?
  • What brings you joy?
  • What are you willing to change in your life?

Only you can answer these questions and the others that will appear as you go within. As the answers begin to appear, trust, have faith. Leap if you so dare.

We are always with you. Know how much you are loved. And so it is.

With Great Love

Acceptance: Letting Go of Judgment

December 1, 2012 · Filed Under Believe In Yourself, Self-Healing · Comment

There have been interesting and busy weeks for me with moments filled of pure joy and there have been moments where I’ve asked myself, “What’s up with that?” — How has your week been?

It’s a pleasure to sit here quietly this morning and bring my awareness into my heart. I take a few deep breaths and allow my thoughts to become quiet. I look back on these last weeks and I find myself searching for patterns or themes that have appeared for me, clients, class participants and others. What I notice is a common theme that has come up for many of us. I love how we mirror to one another what’s going on in our lives in each and every moment.

Many of my interactions in a variety of settings a few weeks ago have been experiences where judgments have been made about oneself or others. When I peel back the layers of this multi-layered onion I’ve discovered that many of us, including me, sometimes have difficulty accepting ourselves and each other.

Acceptance is a big deal. Wanting to be accepted by others is important. Accepting where we are and who we are in each moment can feel challenging. Accepting others where they are in each moment can feel more challenging. Accepting and trusting our own intuitive guidance often feels impossible. How do I navigate these sometimes murky waters?

Moving from judgment to acceptance, for me, has been an evolving journey. How about you?

Below are some tips that I use as reminders. Feel free to use the ones that resonate with you and “let go” of the ones that don’t!

Moving Into Acceptance: 5 Tips To Let Go of Judging Others & Ourselves

  • I accept myself and others more easily when I am centered and in my heart.
  • The more I accept myself it’s easier for others to accept me.
  • I accept that other people are on their own journey. Their journey isn’t mine.
  • Accepting someone else doesn’t mean I agree with or embrace their beliefs or behaviors. It’s where they are right now. My beliefs and behaviors are mine and I own them.
  • I accept that I am right where I’m supposed to be. It’s my experiences on the journey that help me grow not the destination.

In closing, I want to thank each one of you for the opportunity to share some of my thoughts and experiences.

How One Person Can Make A Difference

How can ONE person make a difference?

Too often I hear, “I’m just one person. How can I make a difference?” As I reflected back on October’s awareness of new beginnings, I realized that all of us are invited to BE an Act of One.

During 2012, this universal year of change and transformation, each of us has been given opportunities to review what’s working in our lives and what’s not working. We have many chances to make individual choices… to make a difference.

2012, for some of you, may have seemed chaotic at times. For others it may have felt like the ride of your life. For me clearly it has been a time of inner reflection and “letting go” of some things that weren’t serving me anymore as well as opening up to new possibilities! WooHoo! In my wildest dreams I never could have predicted I would be authoring someone else’s true story!

What does it mean to be an Act of One? It can mean many things. Does it have to be something big? No. An Act of One comes from your heart. It can be your personal vision of how to improve something that you go after in spite of obstacles.

For some of you an Act of One could mean mending fences in relationships. For others it could mean taking a leap of faith and pursuing your heart’s desire without a clue about how you are going to make it happen. Still others might want to reveal their true selves, their authentic selves, every day rather than what others would expect them to be revealing. It varies. The point is to find your own way.

“Let Bruce Tully take you back to a time when America’s
greatness was tested by a bold reach into the heavens. The power
of this story lies in witnessing Tully’s own transformation
from the teenager sitting in the visitor’s gallery of the United
Nations wearing jeans and a varsity jacket into the young man
in a Brooks Brothers’ suit addressing Congress.”

— Andrew Chaikin, author of A Man on the Moon

“Using his own awareness, strength and perseverance, Dr. Bruce
Tully’s amazing creative adventure gives us a living historical
chronicle which could inspire anyone, or everyone who reads
this book, to a great ACT OF ONE.”

— Suzy Jimerson-Overholt, Editor

Join Bruce on his courageous journey as a gifted high school jock emerging from the “blue collar ghettos” of New Jersey, inspiring each one of us to make a difference and to BE an Act of One.

I Make a Difference!

I want to change some things.
Some are big and others seem small.

How do I go about it?

What if I fail?

I learn to trust my intuition,
the feelings buried in my center, in my gut.

I learn to trust my heart.
I learn to trust what I know is right for me.

I learn to open my heart in LOVE.
I make a choice to BE an Act of One!

I trust the next steps are being revealed.

New Beginnings… Trusting Whispers from the Heart

October 28, 2012 · Filed Under Believe In Yourself, Whispers From The Heart · Comment

October is a month of new beginnings.

Has your energy been spiraling upward? I’ve found myself in a whirlwind this month.  I returned from a creative break and the minute October hit spiraling energy has been non-stop.

I took a deep breath and asked myself why. Then I remembered in numerology October is a month of new beginnings. Okay, it makes sense now. I am beginning some new ventures…

As I thought about what’s new in my life I realized that the new book I’ve been writing is being printed and will be ready for the next phase of introduction; a new beginning. I taught two new classes at Storm Wisdom; a new beginning. Clients and friends have shared stories of new relationships and business opportunities; new beginnings.

Being open to new beginnings/opportunities isn’t always an easy thing to allow, is it?

It can be exciting and a little scary at the same time. I find myself often asking lots of questions that stifle my creativity or my fear of the unknown gets in the way.

  • What’s up with my intuition?
  • Why can’t I get a clear answer?

Sound familiar?

When this happens to me I take a few deep breaths to clear my swirling thoughts and doubts. I focus on my heartspace; center and feel the stillness within me. Then I listen within to whispers from my heart. I’m sure you’ve heard them too. This is when clear answers come to me.

Many of you know that I’ve been writing a new book called Act of One with a dear friend and colleague, Bruce Tully.

Act of One Authors Victoria Barna and Bruce Tully

The new Act of One website is almost done and the books have arrived and are ready to inspire each of you. WooHoo!

Come on by, we would love to see you!

Remember that the answers you seek are within reach if you trust what is received! As you trust your intuition, those whispers from the heart, new opportunities and new beginnings present themselves to you… Recognize and trust when they arrive — go into the flow!
