What You Believe Will Be Created!

“What we ask of you, however, is to go deep within to the quiet and stillness and ask, “What do I truly desire?” Yes, what is your heart’s desire? Understand that God and the universe wish for you to have what you truly desire. There is enough abundance of resources for all human beings to live prosperously.”

Reclaim Your Power ©2009

I was pleasantly surprised this morning as I opened my book, Reclaim Your Power and this statement jumped right off of the page! I took it as a wonderful confirmation. I believe we are all creators and we create our own realities.

I found it humorous and no surprise that the reason for writing this announcement for a new program that I’m offering called Fun, Fit & Fabulous Awaken, Discover and Create Your Heart’s Desire uses some wonderful tools that come from a collaboration that I’ve been involved in with Gisela Arenas, K. Allen Kay, and Michelle Radomski. It resulted in a program called Heart’s Desire Awaken, Discover, Create.

Recently I’ve been revisiting my second book Reclaim Your Power An Evolving Journey of Choice and Transformation. I find that most of my clients and I are in some stage of remembering and owning who we are and always have been! I realize that my own journey of growth clearly has been one of making conscious choices and through the choices I’ve made change and transformation have taken place.

Like many people, I have journeyed with health and fitness throughout the years. I’ve done my fair share of dieting as well. Success has been fleeting and there have been moments of wonder and shouts of WooHoo!

What I’ve come to understand is that having Fun, feeling Fit & Fabulous is not about losing weight, rather it is an approach to being in a conscious and right relationship with your Body, Mind, and Spirit. I have found that there is no separation, when one is out of balance others can be out of balance. Once again it’s a matter of conscious choices.

Join me and Dr. Katka Novakova, ND, MD on April 30th at Storm Wisdom as we kick off a 21 day journey of awakening, discovering and creating your Heart’s Desire while having Fun, feeling Fit & Fabulous.

What is Integrative Vibrational Healing™

January 28, 2010 · Filed Under Alternative Healing · Comment

Meditation is great. I love it. I love the state of calm, centeredness, connection and Oneness that I feel. I love the vibrations that I feel in my body when I meditate. I feel blessed when new awareness and what I will call guidance comes to me. Several months ago during meditation I began to receive information like “as this earth shifts and changes and higher frequencies are realized, people and all life shift and change as well…frequencies of healing methods will also shift and change”.

A concept I began to call Integrative Vibrational Healing™ started to form. I wondered what this meant; I am a subtle energy practitioner who uses a variety of vibrational healing tools/therapies. I was reminded that the universe is comprised of a musical and mathematical score; our very life force is an energetic field as is all life. All life forms can be thought of as energetic forms or vibrations. Vibration is an act of things moving, jiggling or oscillating in simple terms. Vibrational healing therapies that use subtle energies can include: Light (laser), sound, subtle energy, intuition, heart based connection, color, breath, crystals, flower essences, herbs, numerology, astrology, nature, guided visualization, affirmations, and intentions are all available to name a few. Tailoring or customizing these therapies for oneself or clients is what I call Integrative Vibrational Healing™. This approach complements traditional or other non-traditional forms of healing. It all began to make sense.

We have seen and some of you have experienced vibrational healing therapies and technologies that are available in many traditional and non-traditional healing practices. Classes and programs are available if you want to learn many of the healing techniques or therapies mentioned above. These therapies are not new; many have been around for thousands of years and called by many names. New applications are being discovered all of the time. Whether you are aware of it or not most of you experience daily the effects of color and sound. You can test this as you think about the music that pleases you and the colors that soothe you or make you feel good whether they are found in the clothes you wear or found in your home decor. You are receiving the benefits of color and sound therapy.

Please take a moment and think about the elements of earth, wind, fire and water. Let’s consider the elements for a moment; I like to think of them as energetic and vibrational sources that can be called upon to assist us in our healing process. For those of you who love nature or have experienced any Shamanic traditions you will most likely relate to the powerful healing ability that these elements offer us. Spirit guides in the form of animals, insects, etc., found everyday in nature can bring us guidance or insight. Taking a walk in nature, sitting on a rock, hearing the symphony of the birds, or “hugging a tree” offer their own forms of healing and calming.

I began to reflect upon how I integrate these tools for each client I serve.
Being aware of the variety of vibrational tools that are available to you is what Integrative Vibrational Healing™ is about. These tools are available for anyone to use. They can be used by individuals to assist and complement the healing process and can be incorporated into a practitioner’s tool kit as well.

I have found great resources written about vibrational medicine and vibrational healing methods. I have studied and practice a variety of subtle energy healing therapies. You may be familiar with Dr. Masuro Emoto’s beautiful work using water crystals that show us how the vibrations of thought, words, music, prayer, meditation and intention can shift and change the molecular structure of water from something quite distorted to beauty that touches your soul. A picture is worth a thousand words. Our bodies are made up of a high % of water and think about how vibrations affect your body; positive and negative. Other great resources, not listed in any order of importance nor considered to be all inclusive) include: Richard Gerber, M.D., Renee Brodie, Cyndi Dale, Elias DeMohan, Jonathan Goldman, Carol K. Anthony & Hanna Moog, Mitchell L. Gaynor, M.D., Donna Eden, Michael Katz, Robert Simmons, Doreen Virtue, PhD., Louise Hay, Christine Northrup, M.D., Ted Andrews, Greg Braden, and Bruce Lipton, PhD.

I believe that we are all healers within. Our amazing bodies, minds and spirits have the ability to assist or challenge the healing process. Every cell and fiber of our being has a consciousness of its own. When was the last time you had an injury, even a cut or scrape, and saw your body regenerate and heal itself? When was the last time you thanked your body for self healing or assisting the healing process? Are you working in collaboration with your body, mind and spirit to create a healthy body with all of the tools you have? We are powerful when we open ourselves consciously and choose to assist the healing process and incorporate the vibrational tools that are available.

Considering all of this a colleague of mine, Gisela Arenas, a subtle energy practitioner, and I have co-created a program called Integrative Vibrational Healing™. Begin your journey as an Integrative Vibrational Healing™ practitioner. The program offers a series of classes with an option to continue on and certify as a practitioner or use for personal use.

Choose Love & Heart-Based Experiences by Releasing Stress Through Breath Work

July 12, 2009 · Filed Under Alternative Healing · Comment

Love is in the air as the saying goes. Love is not only for lovers and loved ones; Love can be expressed in each and every moment of our lives if we choose. Think about it. What if we allowed accepted and owned the fact that our very core essence is LOVE? We are LOVE. How would this change your beliefs, thoughts, words and actions?

This is the year for heart-based experiences; experiences that are designed to open clear and heal the many hurts that have been held in the heart for eons of time. It is time to release these energies for they no longer serve us. It is time for us to remember who we are and why we chose to come to this time and place; spiritual beings having human experiences growing consciousness for all. It is a time for creating and manifesting all that is positive in your life, staying uplifted!

Remember that it only takes a few moments to find a quiet place and breathe in and out gently to begin quieting your thoughts. Breath work daily practice can assist you with releasing stress, tension and negativity. Once you bring these into conscious awareness then ask Creator or your guides to release and cut away all cords of attachment for they no longer serve you. Then ask to replace what has left with pure Light and Love. Feel the difference. Now express your gratitude. Breathe in and out gently and when you are ready open your eyes.  Breath work

Love is a state of being that we can consciously choose in each moment. Remaining uplifted is also a conscious choice regardless of what others are saying and believing. It is your choice to experience the kind of life that you want and co-create it with Creator.

What are you choosing to create right now?

Be sure to leave comments, as we love to receive your feedback!

Healing Through Creative Expression

October 4, 2008 · Filed Under Alternative Healing, Creative Expression · Comment

Recently I facilitated a workshop designed to help a writer connect with his or her inner muse, the author within. The language I used for this audience was suited to writers but since the group was writing from a spiritual foundation the connection or, rather, “author within” was with the individual’s Higher Self or Higher Consciousness.

During the first part of the workshop the participant was to Meet the Author Within. Through guided visualization and meditation the participants experienced a releasing of stress, negative thoughts, blocks to writing, resistance to why they were not “good” writers and preconceptions of what it means to be an author. They journeyed until they made the inner connections. Minds and thoughts quieted and inner wisdom emerged. Amazing, isn’t it?

For those of you who practice meditation or have experience with guided visualization this is not surprising. The truth is we have all of the information that we need to know within us once we “let go” of our need to control outcomes, release our fears of failing or succeeding and try to “think too much” wanting to produce “the perfect result”. This has been shared for many years by those who meditate, follow more non-traditional paths of learning, study metaphysics and/or have reconnected to the Source of All That Is, the Source that is called by many names: God, Creator, Allah, Yaweh, Spirit, Universal Life Force and on and on.

During the writing exercise that followed, called Writing Out of the Box, the participants were amazed at what emerged. Profound wisdom and love from each writer were shared in the forms of both narrative and poetry. Comments like, “Wow, I can’t believe I wrote this,” “This touches my soul and heart; I feel it there,” “I’ve never written poetry before; this is amazing,” and “This flowed so easily, I can’t believe I wrote it; I’ve been blocked from writing anything for a while” filled the day.

We laughed, some had tears, and much joy and happiness was shared by every participant. Each one of us experienced a shift in our awareness and consciousness. Physically we felt shifts in our hearts through the entire experience that concluded with healing at many levels. This was best expressed by one of the participants when she said, “Through this workshop I opened my heart and experienced healing through the creative process of writing. I never imagined myself as a writer. I thought only other people can write, not me. I found that through the writing I connect with Spirit and Spirit’s wisdom and love shows through my poems. I am thankful for Victoria’s workshop and what it has revealed to me.”

One of the other participants said at the end of the day, “This experience and process can apply to any environment. It is not just beneficial for writers but all forms of wisdom can be accessed using this process.”

I am always reminded that God works in our lives each and every moment in amazing ways. The depth and level of healing that can take place when we allow it is incredible. The inner wisdom and love that flows when we allow it to emerge is humbling and uplifting. In this workshop participants experienced and expressed insight, wisdom and love through creative writing. Imagine attending a workshop thinking it is all about writing and being an author and then leaving the workshop with far more profound results!
